This journey began 42 years ago when Richard Wei, a young college student working part-time in jewelry sales agent, discovered the art of polishing cubic zirconia. Inspired by this craft, he later decided to open a factory with his wife, Lily Wei. Together, they faced numerous struggles to get their business off the ground, but their perseverance and determination prevailed after nearly 35+ years in this industry.
Today, thanks to the unwavering support of supportive clients and loyal employees—many with the company for over a decade—Richard continues to lead the business with the same dedication.
